How What a Lotto Works – Quick Overview

How to Sign Up & Play
1. Choose your subscription
Select a monthly subscription on the What a Lotto sign-up page to enter our scheduled draws.
2. Complete your payment
Once your first payment is successful, your entries are activated automatically.
3. You’re entered into the draws
You’ll be entered into our regular draws, including daily prize draws and our monthly jackpot.
4. Winnings are paid automatically
If you win, we’ll contact you and arrange payment in accordance with the Terms & Conditions below.
5. Promised Prize*
Every active player is promised at least one prize within their first year of play, provided their subscription remains active and payments are successfully processed.
6. Subscriptions & Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling your subscription will stop future entries into draws. Full cancellation terms are explained below.

*The What a Lotto Prize Promise Terms and Conditions
By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. The promotion is available to customers aged 18 years and over, who are resident in Great Britain and subscribe to play What a Lotto using a promotional link provided within the promotional period. 2. Customers defined as an ‘excluded person’ as per the What a Lotto Terms and Conditions will not be able to enter this promotion. 3. The promotion will start at 00:00 on 1 December 2025, and end at 23:59 on 31 December 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). 4. All customers who subscribe to play What a Lotto within the Promotion Period will be promised a prize within their first 12 months of play. 5. If customers do not win a daily prize within 12 months of playing What a Lotto, they will be paid a promised prize of at least £10 that will be funded by MBC ELM Limited. 6. If the customer cancels their subscription before 12 months, their subscription will end immediately, and they will not be entitled to a promised prize. To cancel, customers must contact our Customer Service team. 7. One promised prize per qualifying customer only. 8. Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will not be valid. 9. The Promoter shall have no liability for any system failure or other action or event that prevents a Player from entering the promotion. 10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this promotion or to vary the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time by giving notice on our website. 11.
